After founding and operating a successful European motorcycle dealership in downtown New Orleans for nearly two decades, Maxwell began his career in business consulting. This led to a career in independent process training for hundreds of small businesses, business plan development, and the overhauling of entire departments for a handful of publicly traded operations. It is here where Max recognized that ground-breaking ideas and industry-changing initiatives weren’t coming from books, training, or even consultants like himself; they came from the creativity within and around an organization. Rather than telling people how to do their jobs or what task will help them beat the competition, Maxwell, along with the rest of the Inkwell team, aim to guide creativity and inspire each attendee to lead the change they identified within themselves.
